Dr. Cameron Webb (D) is a physician and lawyer running to represent Virginia’s 5th Congressional District. He previously served in the Obama Administration, focusing on issues of criminal justice reform and education. Dr. Webb has been outspoken on the importance of expanding access to affordable healthcare, paid family and sick leave, and equal pay. He is also committed to addressing environmental issues as it affects health outcomes in Black and low-income communities and reform gun control to close loopholes, ban sales of assault weapons, and require background checks.
