Andrew Warren (D) is running for reelection to continue serving as State Attorney for Florida’s 13th Judicial Circuit, serving Hillsborough County.
In his first term as State Attorney, Warren has advocated for progressive criminal justice reform. He has successfully:

Overseen a 69% reduction in the number of cases where children are tried as adults.
Created new courts to work with people with mental health issues who have found themselves in the criminal justice system
Set up processes allowing judges to waive excessive fines and fees.
Established the county’s first Conviction Integrity Unit dedicated to exonerating innocent people. So far the unit has overturned over 18 wrongful convictions.
